Privacy Policy
What AI Rap Video Studio processes and how to manage your information.
Last updated: 2026-10-24
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to AI Rap Video Studio at ai-rap-video.studio. Contact support@ai-rap-video.studio with privacy questions or requests. The studio displays whether generation and purchases are available before you submit a job or payment.
Information we process
We use your account name, email address and authentication records to provide access to your account. Passwords are handled by our authentication system as hashes, not stored as readable passwords.
When generation is available, we process the photos, audio, lyrics and instructions you choose to submit, together with job status, credit usage and generated files. Selecting and trimming a file in your browser does not upload it; uploading is a separate step in the studio. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or anyone's likeness or voice without permission.
We keep order identifiers, payment status and credit transactions to manage purchases, resolve errors and maintain accounting records. Stripe processes payment details when checkout is available. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
We also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, including request and error records. If you contact support, we receive the information in your message.
Why we use this information
We use account and project information to provide the features you request, recover unfinished jobs, manage credits and answer support requests. We use necessary technical records to prevent abuse and investigate service failures. We use payment records for payment reconciliation and applicable accounting obligations.
Optional analytics helps us understand which public pages and features are useful. We request your permission before enabling it. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the studio.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application, database and private media storage and forwards support email. Google Gmail receives support messages. Stripe processes payments. When generation is enabled, the selected media and instructions are sent through fal.ai to the model needed for that job. Provider processing may occur outside your country and is subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices.
Google Analytics receives limited usage events only after you accept analytics cookies. We do not intentionally send it account names, email addresses, lyrics, prompts, uploaded filenames or private media links. We do not sell your personal information.
External examples are labeled as references. Opening a YouTube example loads content from YouTube and is subject to its privacy policy. You can read the page without playing an external video.
Storage and deletion
Files stored for a project are available for up to 30 days. Download anything you wish to keep. Expired files become inaccessible and are queued for removal. Deleting a project removes it from your library and queues its unshared stored files for deletion. A file used by another project remains until that project no longer needs it or the retention period ends. Provider copies, backups and accounting records may follow separate retention requirements.
Job and credit records may remain after media deletion so we can reconcile charges and resolve support issues. Contact support to request account deletion or access to your information. We may need to verify account ownership and retain records required for legitimate security, dispute or legal purposes.
Cookies and your choices
Necessary cookies support sign-in, security and appearance preferences. Optional Google Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection; it does not automatically erase information already processed by Google.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to some processing, or complain to a data protection authority. Email support to make a request.
Changes
We update the date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be explained on the service or through an appropriate account notice.
