Using the studio

These terms apply to AI Rap Video Studio at ai-rap-video.studio, operated by TychoStationAI. By creating an account or submitting a job, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter an agreement. Keep your login secure and use accurate account information.

Feature availability appears in the studio. A preview, example or planned feature is not a promise that a generation service is currently available. External reference videos are credited to their sources and are not examples generated by this service.

Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you already have in your uploads. You give us and the service providers needed for your job permission to process that content to deliver the requested result, store it for the stated period and provide support.

Only upload material you own or have permission to use. This includes music, lyrics, photographs, faces, voices, logos and other protected material. Obtain permission from every identifiable person whose likeness or voice you use. Do not impersonate someone, imply an endorsement without permission, deceive viewers, infringe rights or submit illegal or abusive content. We may reject content or suspend access where needed to protect users or the service.

Generated results

AI output can contain visual artifacts, inaccurate mouth movements or unexpected audio. Preview results before publishing. We do not promise an exact performance, particular level of quality, exclusive output, copyright protection or commercial clearance. You are responsible for checking rights and any model-specific restrictions that apply to your use, and for labeling synthetic content where required.

Credits and payments

The pricing page and checkout show the plan, currency and amount you will pay. One-time credit packs are paid once and expire 365 days after purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until canceled. Both use the same generation rates. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Subscriptions provide a monthly credit allowance. Yearly plans are paid in full at purchase and each yearly renewal, with credits issued monthly rather than all at once. Unused subscription credits expire at the next monthly allowance. When you have both kinds of credits, the credits that expire soonest are used first.

You can change your subscription or cancel its renewal in Billing. Changes take effect at the next renewal. Cancellation preserves the service period you have already paid for, including the remaining monthly allowances of a yearly plan. A failed renewal does not provide a new allowance.

The studio shows one total credit quote before you submit a video job. That job includes the generated video and its audio, and reserves the displayed credits when submitted. A confirmed failed job returns its reserved credits. If the provider's result is uncertain, the job may remain under review until its outcome can be reconciled; it is not automatically resubmitted.

Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy, without limiting any rights that apply by law.

Files and service availability

Download completed files you want to keep. Files are available for up to 30 days and are not a permanent archive. You can delete projects from your library; shared source files and necessary accounting records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Processing times vary with input, model availability and provider load. We may pause generation, purchases or access for maintenance, security or provider issues. We will preserve job and credit records needed to investigate interrupted work.

Responsibility and support

The service is provided with the limitations described above. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for losses caused by unauthorized use of third-party content or your publication decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates

The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be explained on the service or through an appropriate account notice. Changes to pricing apply to future purchases or jobs and do not change a quote that has already been accepted and charged.
